Dating back to the early 19th century, Parfait Amour is one of Bols’ original flavours. In recent years it been somewhat superseded by crème de violette but Bols Parfait Amour is more complex, being flavoured with flower petals (principally roses and violets), vanilla, orange peel and almonds.

Appearance:
Clear, violet / royal purple.
Aroma:
Floral parma violet, rose petal, old lady’s talcum powder and soap.
Taste:
Rose and violet petal with pronounced citrus acidity and orange zest with a subtle hint of vanilla.
Aftertaste:
Surprisingly dry parma violet finish.
