Appearance:
(best before 19-Jun-13) Clear, copper amber with lasting white one finger thick head leaving heavy lacing.
Aroma:
Malty with light pine resinous hops, Christmas pudding fruit, overripe banana and faint herbal freshly cut grass shavings.
Taste:
Bready malt with moderately bitter pine and grassy hops with herbal earthy notes, caramel, tart citrus zest and dried apple chips.
Aftertaste:
Burst of Christmas pudding fruit proceeds bitter pine resin and grassy hops. A moderately hoppy British style IPA.
