Appearance:

Clear, bright buttercup yellow with slight green tinge.

Aroma:

Citrus fresh - somewhat akin to citrus scented washing up liquid (but not in an unattractive way).

Taste:

Clean, fresh sherbety, off-dry, lemon zest with notes of liquorice and icing sugar.

Aftertaste:

Faint peppery spice and lingering zesty dusted with icing sugar.
