Appearance:

(bbd 01-Oct-12) Hazy, rust orange amber with buff head which quickly subsides to thin layer of foam leaving heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Pink grapefruit and orange zestyness, jasmine tea and pita bread with orange marmalade and faint spruce tree.

Taste:

Citrusy slightly tart hops with well-balanced bitterness, roasted barley bready notes with faint smoke and orange marmalade.

Aftertaste:

Zesty sour orange and grapefruit with jasmine tea tannins.
