Appearance:
(bb 05-Mar-13) Bright coppery amber with thick but quickly fading white head leaving heaving lacing.
Aroma:
Grassy white grapes and toasty white baguette crust.
Taste:
Crispy baguette with powerful fresh cut, dried grass and pine resinous hops.
Aftertaste:
Fresh cut grass then long lingering, slightly metallic, bitter resinous pine. More reminiscent of an American IPA than a Czech pilsner.
