Appearance:
Clear, pale straw yellow.
Aroma:
Clean and perfumed ripe peach, peach blossom and peach skin with a touch of honey.
Taste:
Syrupy mouthfeel. Peach flesh, initially sweet but dries with peach stone and alcohol bite. Slight note of green melon.
Aftertaste:
Drier, wonderfully fruity peachy finish.
