Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with persistent small bubbles.

Aroma:

Cheese cake with a buttery biscuit and a dairy fresh note and meringue-like toasted sugar, vanilla and hay.

Taste:

Buttery chardonnay with a natural yoghurt slightly acidic dairy-like note, honey peach, passionfruit bite and conference pear skin.

Aftertaste:

Zesty lingering mild cleansing acidity.
