Launched in 1996, this double-distilled Irish single malt whiskey is made using malted barley dried over peat fires with smoke rising through the grain. Consequently it has a distinct peaty flavour, more typical of Scotch whisky and not usually associated with Ireland. Aged for a minimum of 8 years.
