This American Style Extra Special Bitter is created with five malts; Pale2-row, Crystal, Munich, Wheat and Black Malt and four hops; Magnum, US-Goldings, Willamette and Cascade. The water used is fairly hard which enables the beer to keep to the traditional ale style and improves the malt extract.
