This best bitter was originally brewed to celebrate the Great Western Railway’s 175th Anniversary. Loving known as 'God's Wonderful Railway’ this was engineered by Isambard Kingdom Brunel in the mid 1800s.
Chuffin’ Ale is brewed with 90% Maris Otter and Crystal malts with some wheat added. English Fuggles hops are used.

Appearance:
(best before Jan-13) Clear, chestnut reddy-brown with thin large bubbled ivory-coloured head and spotted lacing.
Aroma:
Subdued crème caramel and brazil nuts with some crème brûlée burnt sugar.
Taste:
Lightly bitter, nutty caramel malt with grissini and soft brown sugar.
Aftertaste:
Caramel with lightly bitter crème brûlée burnt sugar.
