Review and Tasting

Sampled on 04/09/2012

Appearance:

Semi-translucent milky grey with lively bubbles.

Aroma:

Lime cordial and lime zest lead with a touch of malty honey, subdued ginger and a whiff of granny's hairspray - perhaps more akin to a lemonade than a ginger beer.

Taste:

Floral-led palate with ginger preserve, lemon and lime - almost like a spiced lime soda.

Aftertaste:

Peppery, dry finish with lingering candied ginger - though this is hardly a ginger beer in the traditional sense.
