Appearance:

(sample best before Dec-12) Clear, deep copper amber with quickly diminishing one finger off-white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Toffee apple, raisons and sultanas with black tea.

Taste:

Toffee and brown sugar with bitter pine, English breakfast tea and delicate spice.

Aftertaste:

Caramel and lingering black tea tannins.
