Appearance:

Clear, bright golden with lasting one finger creamy white head heavy leaving lines of lacing.

Aroma:

Freshly baked crispy croissant with tropical fruit and citrus.

Taste:

Slight honeyed sweetness balanced with mild peppery alcohol and bitter floral hops served over a crispy baguette crust base.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering cereal and fabulously floral hops.
