Rich golden colour, akin to a rich dessert wine, small champagne bubbles which dissipate almost immediately.
Swimming pool-like nose with lemon balm and dried herb (including sage) aromas.
Gentle medium dry, earthy, palate with gentle effervescence.
More dryness on the finish.
