Review and Tasting

Sampled on 30/07/2013

Appearance:

Clear, golden.

Aroma:

Candied ginger and nubuck leather with root ginger spice.

Taste:

Starts syrupy and sweet before a burst of powerful root ginger spice. Diluted to the prescribed 5 part soda to 1 Pickett’s Syrup, the spice is tamed but still present.

Aftertaste:

Even when diluted spice notes grows throughout the long finish to leave lingering ginger heat.
