Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Earthy juniper, lavender and lemongrass and curry leaves and candied lime peel, delicate cinnamon and candied ginger.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, with candied fruit, chamomile, mint and cinnamon. Juniper presents as lavender and overripe banana rather than out-and-out pine.

Aftertaste:

Cinnamon, pine and light black pepper spice.
