Made from selected and destalked, harvested fresh and soft pomace of Glera grape for prosecco. Batch distilled in proprietary copper steam stills designed by Benito Nonino. Aged 24 months in barriques and small casks.

Bottled without the addition of colouring or other additives.

Appearance:

Clear, bright mid-golden amber.

Aroma:

Green apple, floral violet, blanched almonds and pastry with faint vanilla and white chocolate.

Taste:

Toasty oak, green apple, violet, almonds, linseed oil and lightly smoked earthy honey infused with white chocolate.

Aftertaste:

More grape-forward, garnished with toasty oak and delicate nutmeg spice.
