Blend of Grappas from fresh pomace, selected by the Nonino family, aged from 5 to 20 years in Limousin, Nevers and Grésigne oak barriques and small sherry casks.
Bottled at natural colour, without the addition of caramel.

Appearance:
Clear, deep amber.
Aroma:
Sherry soaked raisiny fruit cake, brioche and orange zest with roasted nuts, chocolate and nutmeg.
Taste:
Dry oak tannins, honeyed sherry, dried fruit, fruit cake, buttery vanilla, toasted almonds and baking spices.
Aftertaste:
Raisiny nutty finish with lingering dry, faintly smoky toasted oak.
Overall:
Grappa's answer to a good sherry aged single malt whisky and, given its grape base, arguably more appropriate after a wine-fuelled dinner.
