Grappa distilled from carefully destalked white and red pomace using controlled fermentation and artisanal batch distillation in steam stills renovated by Benito Nonino. Rested six months to a year in stainless steel tanks.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Green grapes, linseed oil, red apple skin, peppery spice with faint liquorice and brioche.

Taste:

Fruity, oily and lightly spicy. Green aromatic grapes, red apple and linseed oil with faint shoe polish.

Aftertaste:

Delicately spicy with grape skins and linseed oil.

Overall:

Refined by wonderfully characterful with the delightful oily notes of a traditionally-styled grappa.
