Appearance:

(sample best before end Feb.15) Cloudy, pale straw yellow with strong carbonation.

Aroma:

Lemon meringue, lemon sorbet and apple juice. Reminiscent of lemon sherbet and Refreshers Sweets.

Taste:

Sweetened apple juice, candied lemon and white sugar. Citric acid and acidic carbonation.

Aftertaste:

White sugar, apple juice and candied lemon juice.
