Appearance:
(sample best before Feb.15) Clear, deep cherry red with wafer thin off-white head.
Aroma:
Morello cherry, almond and marzipan.
Taste:
Bittersweet cherry, sweet raspberry and almond with balancing bitter hop bite.
Aftertaste:
Raspberry and cherry with lingering sourness.
