Appearance:
(sample G-FB 07-13) Clear, pale straw yellow.
Aroma:
White grapes, quince, red apple, honey and plump sultanas.
Taste:
Tangy dry white grapes, acacia honey, peach, green apple and balancing acidity.
Aftertaste:
Sharp dry apple and white grape with very mild spice.
