Folkington’s Old-Fashioned Elderflower Drink is made from an infusion of wild elderflowers hand-picked from hedgerows in the Cuckmere River valley, Sussex and across the Southwest of England blended with Timperley Early rhubarb juice from Norfolk and Femminello lemon juice from Sicily.

Ingredients: “Water, 7.5% pure juice & infusion (Sicilian lemon juice*, Norfolk rhubarb juice*, English wild elderflower infusion), sugar. (*not from concentrate.) No preservatives or additives.

Appearance:

(sample best before 04/Jul/15) Cloudy, pale off-white with faint greeny yellow tinge.

Aroma:

Subdued. Elderflower with faint peach, melon and rhubarb.

Taste:

Fairly dilute but refreshingly floral with very clean elderflower and faint cooked rhubarb. Lemon juice and sugar are barely perceptible but perfectly balance and enhance the flavour.

Aftertaste:

Citrus is more detectable in the floral finish.
