Appearance:
Clear, deep tawny brown with ruby glints (no head).
Aroma:
Not as pungent as other root beers with herbal notes and faint spice - particularly ginger.
Taste:
Notes of bitter lemon add freshness to heavily liquorice influenced palate with sarsaparilla and faint notes of thyme.
Aftertaste:
Lemon, liquorice and sarsaparilla.
