Monteith’s Southern Pale Ale is brewed using Pilsner and Chrystal malts with Southern Cross New Zealand hops used in three different additions and dry hopped after fermentation with North West American hops.

Appearance:

(best before 18/Nov/14) Clear, deep golden amber with thin but retentive white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Citrusy and grassy with earthiness, overripe banana and dried apricot.

Taste:

Light to medium bodied with grassy notes and lemon zestiness.

Aftertaste:

Orange zest and dried apricot.
