Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur is made in Brooklyn, New York using cane spirit, sugar, filtered water and more than 200lbs of fresh ginger per batch. It is named after Barrow Street in Manhattan, the place where founder Josh Morton perfected his recipe.
Hand-bottled and each bottle carries and handwritten batch number.

Hazy, pale straw golden yellow.
Freshly cut root ginger, crystallised ginger and lemon zest.
Bursts onto your palate with fiery root ginger and sweet crystallised ginger. Syrupy mouthfeel but not overly sweet with citric acidity adding freshness and balance.
Fresh ginger geat builds in the long ginger finish.
