The signature London Dry Gin from the East London Liquor is based on wheat neutral spirit infused and redistilled in a Arnold Holstein copper pot still with lemon peel, coriander, juniper berries, cardamom, grapefruit peel, angelica root and cubeb berries.

Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Juniper presents itself as overripe banana with musky, nutty, piney angelica root, naan bread and cardamom. Very faint car tyre (in a good way).
Taste:
Cardamom, pine and overripe banana juniper with black pepper spice. Hints of liquorice (although not one of the botanicals).
Aftertaste:
More banana with rooty liquorice/anise, angelica and cardamom finish. Overall: Overripe banana notes pervade throughout – I like banana.
