Appearance:

(sample best before end May/15) Opaque, ebony black with retentive beige head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Liquorice, black strap molasses and coal dust with caramel, dark chocolate and mocha coffee.

Taste:

Coal dust, burnt malt, caramel and dark chocolate with black liquorice.

Aftertaste:

Burnt caramel and black liquorice.
