This Colombian gin is based on sugar cane neutral spirit which is redistilled with botanicals including Limon Mandarino, a Colombian fruit which blends the sweet taste of the tangerine with the acidity of lemon. The distillate is matured in oak casks previously used to age Dictador rums for 35 weeks

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw yellow.

Aroma:

Parma violet, zesty pink grapefruit, lime and orange with sage and black pepper.

Taste:

Sweetened lemon, lime and orange zest with juniper and cracked black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Lingering lemon and lime with parma violet and black pepper. Overall: Zesty citrus dominates.
