This bourbon and blueberry flavoured cider is named after the speakeasies of Prohibition America which were known as blind pig. In keeping with the theme each bottle comes wrapped in brown paper printed with newsprint under the heading ‘The City Chronicle’.

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw green with light carbonation and a ring of foam and light lacing.

Aroma:

Blueberries, blueberry boiled sweets (hard candy) with orange, lime and peach.

Taste:

Lightly sweet, green apple, peach and blueberry.

Aftertaste:

Green apple with blueberry, maple syrup and light cleansing citrus acidity.

Overall:

Fruity and lightly sweet with citric acidity. Blueberry boiled sweets (hard candy), green apple and maple syrup.
