Small batch, artisanal 100% Espadín agave mezcal. Chichicapa (pronounced 'Chi-Chi-Capa') is named after the village in which it was produced by the humble and very talented Faustino Garcia Vasquez. Bottled at cask strength by Del Maguey without colouring or additives.

Separated from the valley of Oaxaca by a mountain range, the village of Chichicapa lies around two hours south of Oaxaca and two hours to the west on a dirt road.

Distinctive due to a wax dipped bottle neck and a brightly coloured label. Inside the front label a Mexican proverb is printed: as a remedy for everything bad and to celebrate all good as well. A small batch bottling, with individually numbered bottles.
