(sample Lot. CF SLR-126/128) Clear, very faint straw yellow tinge.

Aroma:

Burnt oatcakes, floral (honeysuckle) and pink grapefruit zest. Dried and smoked meaty notes.

Taste:

Salty, smoky bacon and lightly woody finish.

Overall:

Smoky bacon, chalky mineralality, sea salt and spicy oak. A tad overly salty perhaps.
