Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden yellow and thin white head.

Aroma:

Weak hop and cereal aromas with faint carbolic soap-like aroma.

Taste:

Clean, light (being honest, rather non-descript) palate with biscuity and fresh grapefruit flavours. Nothing bad though and I'm sure very refreshing in the Mauritius heat.

Aftertaste:

Crisp, lightly hopped finish.
