Made using 70% Rubens apples and 30% Bramley apples, handpicked in local orchards and fermented in stainless steel tanks at Kent's Chapel Down Winery using wine yeast. Made without concentrates or added water, just 100% apples.

Appearance:

(sample BBE Oct/16) Clear, pale straw yellow with a few streams of steady bubbles.

Aroma:

Aromatic freshly pressed apples with faint honeysuckle.

Taste:

Sweet honeyed red apple juice with tart balancing acidity.

Aftertaste:

Finishes with crisp green apple.

Overall:

Light bodied, superbly clean, aromatic and dry.
