Appearance:
Clear, deep golden amber.
Aroma:
Crusty white bread, burnt balsawood, dried apricot and vanilla with faint floral aromas.
Taste:
Faint honeyed sweetness, ripe apricot, vanilla, white grapes and faint smokiness.
Aftertaste:
Toasty vanilla croissant, orange zest, apricot, faint cigar box and cinnamon.
Overall:
A most exceptional aged grappa with fabulous apricot fruit, burnt wood smokiness, vanilla and honeyed sweetness.
