Clear, pale golden with faint green tinge.
Faint marine saltiness with toasted almond, yeasty pear, chamomile and faint sultana.
Dry with more marine saltiness, toasted almond, green apple and toasty white baguette crust.
Long dry finish with lingering acidity and marine saltiness.
Dry, but not as bone dry as some finos with marine notes usually associated with a manzanilla. Attractive yeasty white toasty baguette crust with pear, apple and toasted almond.
