Released in 2015, Cinzano “1757” vermouths are a nod to Cinzano’s founding fathers, Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano, who in 1757 established their business in Turin. Production is limited and bottles individually numbered.

(sample bottle No. 171782/B) Clear, deep amber with tones of red and gold.
Dried dates, ripe plums, citrus zest oils, rooty notes, vanilla and mocha coffee with raspberry jam, nutmeg and damsons.
Medium-bodied, bittersweet and well-balanced with underlying wormwood bitterness, integrated dry toasty oak flavours and tannins. Fruity with plums, dates, raspberry jam and Christmassy spice.
Fruity and spicy finish with lingering wormwood bitterness.
More pronounced wormwood bitterness than many other rosso vermouths with balancing rich fruity and vanilla notes.
