Appearance:
Clear, transparent.
Aroma:
Pungent, fresh and tinned lychee aromas with rose blossom.
Taste:
Lightly sweet with balancing citric acidity, an acidity that slightly overwhelms delicate floral peach and lychee.
Aftertaste:
Citrus acidity, floral lychee and faint ripe peach.
Overall:
Not as sweet or a pronounced in lychee flavour as some other lychee liqueurs but with attractive rose blossom.
