Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Pungent piney juniper and oak with clove spice, menthol and zesty citrus. Water amplifies clove and pine with nasal clearing freshness.

Taste:

Huge in every respect but more approachable than you’d expect from a nearly 60% alc./vol.. Piney juniper and spicy oak combine harmoniously with refreshing clove, zesty citrus and cracked black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering piney juniper, black pepper spice and leathery oak.

Overall:

Brawny and intense but easier than its high alcohol strength might suggest. Piney juniper and spicy oak come together to make a very interesting gin to mix with.
