Appearance:
Clear, coppery amber.
Aroma:
Pungent cinnamon spice, Dentine chewing gum and white pepper spice with melon and cherry skin fruitiness.
Taste:
Rich and honeyed with pronounced cinnamon spice and faint zesty orange. Spicy but not hot.
Aftertaste:
Lingering warming cinnamon spice with faint melon fruitiness.
Overall:
Sweet cinnamon spiced liqueur with some bourbon character.
