Appearance:

(sample batch 2, bottled 2015) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean, faintly brown bready, cracked black pepper.

Taste:

Superbly clean, cracked black peppery spirit with faint lemony citrus and brown bready notes.

Aftertaste:

White and black pepper corns with more faint lemony citrus and bready notes.

Overall:

Superbly clean with faint lemony citrus and bready character.
