Made in London, England by infusing blackcurrants in wheat neutral spirit for up to eight weeks, before filtration and bottling at the distillery.

(sample bottle batch No. 1, 2015) Clear, deep burgundy red.
An aromatic bouquet of black and red berry fruit with blueberry and blackcurrant predominating. Light black tea leaves and black pepper.
Rich black and red berry fruit - particularly raspberry and blackberry, dried with berry fruit acidity and light spirituous black pepper spice.
Faint notes of rubbed mint leaves emerge in the long blackberry, blueberry and raspberry finish with berry fruit acidity, light black tea tannins and black pepper spice.
Rich black and red berry fruit perfectly balanced with berry acidity, peppery spirituous spice and black tea-like tannins. Add sugar to taste!
