Appearance:

(sample bottle BB 28/Feb/18) Pale sandy yellow with thin but retentive white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Spicy, with baked apple, ripe strawberry and rosemary.

Taste:

Bready spicy rye with yeasty esters and enlivening black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Black pepper and rosemary bready finish.

Overall:

Medium-bodied, rich, fruity and spicy with a high alc./vol..
