Brentingby is named after the Leicestershire village in which it is made and some of the botanicals used, such as Rosehip, Elderflower and Birch, are sourced from the surrounding countryside. Alongside the all-important juniper, other botanicals include coriander, angelica, grapefruit and hibiscus.
Brentingby is made by Bruce Midgley who retained the services of master distiller Tom Nichol to help perfect his gin.
