Appearance:

Hazy, pale grey with green tinge and rising bubbles from carbonation.

Aroma:

Earthy root ginger and caramelised ginger with faint candied lemon.

Taste:

Clean with assertive ginger spice but enlivening rather than aggressive. Strong carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering root ginger with earthy barky notes.

Overall:

There's a pleasant earthy barky note to this ginger beer. Ginger spice is assertive but not as aggressive as some other ginger beer brands.
