Distilled with the same five botanicals as the original Copperhead gin (juniper, coriander seed, cardamom, angelica, and orange peel) with and an additional 14 spices more usually associated with pickling, including mace, pepper, cassia, bay leaf, ginger, allspice, fennel and dill seeds.
Copperhead’s Gibson Edition is further influenced by the addition of 8 year old genever while the metallic emerald green bottle is inspired by the colour of the tiles which cover The Gibson Bar’s Edwardian façade.

Crystal clear.
Fennel, dill and bay leaf subtly influence an otherwise London dry gin nose with juniper subdued by complex spice.
Dry and spicy but not aggressively so. In the same way that sweetness mellows the spiciest of pickled onions, so the spicy notes of this very complex gin have a moreish savoury character with fennel and dill flavours most obvious.
Long, savoury spiced finish with piney juniper more obvious than on the palate.
Wonderfully complex, this gin is spicy but in a savoury way rather than hot pepper spiced. As a trip to the eponymous London bar will attest, this gin works brilliantly in a Gibson Martini.
