Appearance:

Crystal clear with strong carbonation producing foam when poured.

Aroma:

Pungent quinine and chalky minerality with zesty lemon.

Taste:

Bitter quinine and zesty lemon with minerality. Some light icing sugar sweetness but not enough to balance quinine.

Aftertaste:

Lingering quinine bitterness.

Overall:

Strongly flavoured with pronounced quinine bitterness, mineral notes and light lemon.
