Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Pungent demerara sugar, fudge and toffee nose enlivened by subtle cinnamon.
Taste:
Slightly sweet palate with distinctive fudge and toffee flavours and a dusting of cracked black pepper spice.
Aftertaste:
Light spiced roasted coconut, vanilla and almond finish.
