Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Crystalised ginger with lemon and faint earthy rooty note.

Taste:

Syrupy hot ginger with a faint earthy rooty note.

Aftertaste:

Lingering ginger heat.

Overall:

A good example of a ginger liqueur with a premium 35% alc./vol. strength but lacks the fiery ginger heat of some others.
