Taste:
Sparkling apple cider but not as you know it. Beautifully balanced sour apple acidity with a sweet creaminess.

Overall:
A king amongst sparkling ciders that makes lesser champagnes appear mere fizz. Beautifully balanced sour apple acidity and a sweet creaminess.
