Clear, golden with persistent mouse

Aroma:

Green apple skin, yeasty brioche and lime marmalade.

Taste:

Sparkling apple cider but not as you know it. Beautifully balanced sour apple acidity with a sweet creaminess.

Sour apple.

Overall:
